SPLANG is the manager of high points on behalf of the Territorial Collectivity of Guyana. It wishes to provide a location on a high point located in APATOU locality Mayman to electronic communications operators for the installation of electronic communications equipment.

this provision will be contracted by the conclusion of agreements for the occupation of the public domain.

This advertisement is about the occupation of the public domain from the high point to be occupied.

the remuneration that the occupant must pay to SPLANG for the occupation of the estate and the performance of the ancillary activities described below, will be subject to (i) an entrance fee and (ii) an annual fee

this procedure deals with:

1. The occupation of the territorial public domain by the installation of electronic communications equipment on a high site (a pylon of 40 m) and a ground location (technical room and/or technical cabinets to be connected to the electrical network);

2. The uninstallation of any equipment previously installed on the high point (equipment installed at a height or even on the ground)
