The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2026.If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends, regardless of the legal grounds, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special right of termination. Furthermore, the client reserves the right to an optional extension of the framework agreement until 31.12.2027.
