The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works in accordance with the construction design and detailed design, the end result of which is the commissioning of a laboratory-office-workshop-warehouse building and associated facilities in Gdańsk at ul. Robert de Plelo.

The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works in accordance with the construction design and detailed design, the end result of which is the commissioning of a laboratory-office-workshop-warehouse building and associated facilities in Gdańsk at ul. Robert de Plelo on plot No. 41, area 073. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 8 to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Contract (SIWZ).

Implementation of the contract is subject to Polish law, in particular the Act of 7.7.1994 Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2018 item 1202), the Act of 29.1.2004 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2017 item 1579) and the Act of 23.4.1964 Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 38021).

The contracting authority envisages the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law, up to 15% of the basic order. Contract award conditions:
