The city of Bernau near Berlin intends to award further planning services for the expansion of the primary school “An der Hasenheide”.
This is an existing school type “Erfurt TS 75” which is to be completely renovated and expanded. The design planning has been completed, a building permit has been applied for and is expected in a timely manner.
Furthermore, it is planned to transfer the overall control of the project to the building designer.
Knowledge of existing construction methods and locations is required. A viewing appointment can be arranged.
Lot 1: Site planning buildings and interiors, outdoor areas including the overall control of the construction project (LPH 5-LPH 9)The entire object of the contract is the further planning services from LPH 5 to LPH 9.
The individual performance figures are divided into 3 lot groups. A bidder can apply for 2 lots. A holistic allocation of planning services is not envisaged.
