1. The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity for the operation of buildings, premises and facilities of the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa for the energy consumption point PPE 590322428100001164 (for the facility at Sabinowska 62/64, in tariff group C22a; contractual capacity 250 kW).

2. The subject of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the concluded contract, the submitted offer and swz. The Contractor shall ensure the Commercial Balancing Authority of the Ordering Party, which will be calculated and included in the price offered.

1. The maximum amount of electricity that can be supplied during the term of the contract shall be estimated at 800 000 kWh;

2. The minimum amount of electricity to be supplied during the term of the contract shall be estimated at 500 000 kWh;

3. The Ordering Party has a separate agreement for the provision of electricity distribution services with the Distribution System Operator: TAURON Dystrybucja S.A., concluded for an indefinite period;

4. The Seller must have a contract for the provision of electricity distribution services with the Distribution System Operator: TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. A statement on the possession of a concluded contract for the provision of electricity distribution services with the Distribution System Operator: TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. The Seller must submit in the form of the original to the Ordering Party at the latest on the day of signing the contract. The content of the statement should indicate that the offeror has a contract for the provision of electricity distribution services with the Distribution System Operator: TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. and its number, date of conclusion and the period for which it was concluded should be provided. It is allowed to use the model statement prepared by the Ordering Party constituting Appendix No. 7 to swz

5. The Seller on behalf of the Buyer shall comply with all technical requirements

and formalities related to the procedure for changing the seller and ensuring the distribution of the electricity sold in accordance with the applicable regulations. The Buyer shall grant the Seller an appropriate power of attorney to perform the above-mentioned activities.

6. The Ordering Party shall make available all available data on energy consumption points and documents necessary in the procedure of changing the Seller,

7. The Ordering Party currently has a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 49.6 kW. The energy produced in the photovoltaic installation is consumed on an ongoing basis.
