The purpose of the tender is the choice of contractors of the contracting entity for the formation of the mixed contract for the general maintenance of HVAC systems installed in the Municipal Buildings of Porto

The conclusion of the maintenance contract includes the preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems identified and discriminated in Annex A to the specifications, classified in Residential Buildings, School Buildings and Institutional Buildings, according to technical and functional characteristics.
