Lot 1 — Oberhausen-Rheinhausen Gewerbegebiet Weiherweg

The aim of this call for tenders is to hire qualified companies (hereinafter referred to as contractors) with the expansion described below. The expansion and coordination services to be taken over by the contractor are to be carried out in close coordination with the municipality (hereinafter referred to as client) and with the BLK up to and including the execution planning.

The construction works advertised hereby extend the existing municipal fiber optic infrastructure with a consistent and functional fiber optic network for all residential and commercial buildings to be connected in the specified expansion areas. After commissioning, the expansion should take place within one year if possible (schedule - chapter 4 attachment task description). The client wishes to start construction at short notice after placing the order.

The subject of the call for tenders includes:

- Preparation of all necessary planning (e.g. approval and execution planning including all necessary preparatory work) for laying micropipe assembankments based on the master plan.

- laying of microear dressings including all necessary civil engineering work.

- manufacture of house branches from micropipe dressings and laying individual pipes to buildings, including building entry in the development area

- supply and installation of fiberglass splitter housings (KvZ 82), as well as the introduction of cables and pipes

- House connection management including obtaining the land use agreement (GNV)

- supply and installation of fibre-optic closures (APL) in buildings

- delivery and installation of a POP in Oberhausen including all ancillary work

- delivery and assembly of all necessary optical components in POP stations (e.g. splice patch modules)

- supply and feeder of fiber optic cables

- splicing

- Preparation and update of a binding schedule, as well as coordination of the construction time plan. The construction time plan is part of the contract.

- Regular jour fixed dates and coordination of construction with the municipality and the BLK.

- Acceptions including function tests must be carried out together with the client.
