The City of Munich is realising the construction of a new building for a seven-class primary school with a triple sports hall and an underground car park (BA. 2) as well as a new building for a house for children and a children's day care centre (BA. 3) in Obergiesing-Fasangarten, on Weißenseestraße and Traunsteiner Straße.

1. Execution of master builder's work with the following main services (up to ceiling above ground floor):

- Earthworks from a defined level of handover (main service of shoring and earthworks by third parties),

including disposal, approx. 6,600 m3

- Underground pipeline and drainage works

- Shell or concrete construction work, approx. 4,000 m3 of concrete & approx. 1,300 tons of reinforcing steel

- Waterproofing and insulation work in the earthbound area, approx. 7,300 m2

- Various supplementary and ancillary services

2. Execution of timber construction work (from ceiling above ground floor):

- Execution of timber exterior walls in CLT, approx. 2,750 m2

- Execution of timber interior walls in CLT, approx. 1,850 m2

- Execution of timber construction glulam ribbed ceilings as storey ceilings, with reinforced concrete, as timber hybrid ceilings, approx. 5,670 m2

- Various supplementary and ancillary services
