Open telematic procedure for the assignment of the insurance services of the Sardinian Agency for active labor policies (ASPAL)

The object of the contract is the assignment of the insurance services relating to third party liability (RCT) and civil liability towards service providers (RCO) inherent to the ASPAL institutional activity and civil liability to third parties (RCT) for the internships promoted by the ASPAL.

The contract is divided into n. 2 separate lots, which can be awarded individually.


Civil liability towards third parties and workers (RCT / RCO) for the institutional activity of the ASPAL

The purpose of this procedure is to guarantee the insurance coverage for the contracting entity (ASPAL) or for all the physical persons employed at the head office and territorial offices.


Civil liability towards third parties (RCT) for internships promoted by ASPAL

The contract concerns the RCT insurance service (civil liability towards third parties) relating to the internships promoted by the ASPAL.
