1. The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and management of calorific waste from mechanical treatment of waste generated at the plant in Wola Suchożebrska, Sokołowska 2, i.e.:

1) waste with code ex 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) resulting from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 component for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) through its recovery in the R12 process or recycling,

2) waste code 19 12 04 – plastics and rubber component for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) through their recovery in the R12 process or recycling.

2. The total estimated amount of waste to be transferred is 7,000 Mg during the term of the contract, with the proviso that the Contracting Authority is obliged to transfer to the Contractor for management at least 5,000 Mg during the term of the contract.
