Due to legal obligations in the area of follow-up accommodation for refugees, the construction of new residential buildings is necessary. The buildings are to be realized in simple construction, e.g. by means of modular construction. In total, space is to be created for about 80 people, which are divided into about 20 residential units.

Whether the buildings will receive ventilation and in what way will only become clear in further planning.
