The objective of this call for tenders is to provide the European Parliament with ICT infrastructure management and operation services and other associated services.

These services include management and operations of applications, computers and network equipment making part of the EP ICT infrastructure, supervision of infrastructure, second-level help desk, reporting services and associated services required to ensure an adequate service level.

The convergence of ICT technologies makes it desirable to adopt an integrated approach where different technologies are covered under the same contract and economies of scale can be achieved by this very integration.
