Nordland County needs assistance in preparing a condition analysis for buildings. 

Nordland County (NFK) needs a condition analysis of approx. 26 different properties in accordance with NS 3424 'Condition Analysis of Buildings'. The properties included in the contract are listed in the tender form. There are approx. 185 buildings, with a total gross floor area of approx. 306,000 m2. The building stock is varied consisting of large educational buildings, operational buildings, residences, dental clinics, workshops, etc.

The condition analysis will be used as a basis for preparing maintenance plans for systematic development of the properties, including budgets. The purpose of the condition analyses is to achieve good assessments of the properties, so that the work on these maintenance plans is simplified.
