Aspire Housing (Aspire) has appointed a preferred supplier to enter into contract to provide Mechanical and Electrical Servicing and Maintenance to properties owned and managed by Aspire.

The contract is for a period of 3 years with an option to extend (x 2) for a further 1 year, subject to satisfactory performance (total 5 years). Commencement date of the contract will be June 2017.
