Description:
The provision of services in the field of maintenance of cleanliness in buildings

The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services in buildings: 8. Transport Aviation Base in Krakow-Balice in Balice, Regional INFORMATION Center Krakow - ICT Support Area in Cholerzyn, Regional IT Center Krakow - ICT Support Area in Zabierzów, Military Unit 3533 in Cholerzyn. Peach, WCR Oświęcim, WCR Nowy Targ, 11. MBOT / 112. BLP Oświęcim, implemented in the period from 02.01.2023. until 29.12.2023, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the SWZ, carried out in the scope of 6 tasks

The detailed scope and conditions for the execution of the order shall show:

(a) Annex 3 to SWZ — “Designed Contract Terms”;

(b) Annex 4 to SWZ — 'Description of the object of the procution';

(c) Annex 5 to SWZ — “List of buildings.

The provision of cleaning services of buildings in the 8th Base of Transport Aviation in Balice

The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of cleaning in buildings:

8. Transport Aviation Base in Kraków-Balice in the city of Krakow Balice implemented in the period from 02.01.2023r. until 29.12.2023, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the SWZ.

The detailed scope and conditions for the execution of the order shall show:

(a) Annex 3 to SWZ — “Designed Contract Terms”;

(b) Annex 4 to SWZ — 'Description of the object of the procution';

(c) Annex 5 to SWZ — “List of buildings”.

The provision of building cleaning services in the 8th BLTr in Balice, technical facility: RCI Kraków - RWT in Cholerzyn, RCI Kraków - RWT in Zabierzów

The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of cleaning in buildings carried out in the period from 02.01.2023. until 29.12.2023, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the SWZ

8th Transport Aviation Base — 32-083 Balice, 10 Medwecki Street;

Regional Information Centre Krakow — Teleinformatics Support District Cholerzyn;

Regional Information Centre Krakow — Teleinformatics Support District of Zabierzów

implemented in the period from 02.01.2023. until 29.12.2023, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the SWZ

The detailed scope and conditions for the execution of the order shall show:

Provision of cleaning services for the WCR Oświęcim building in m. Auschwitz

The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services in the buildings of WKU Oświęcim carried out in the period from 02.01.2023. until 29.12.2023, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the SWZ.

The detailed scope and conditions for the execution of the order shall show:

(a) Annex 3 to SWZ — “Designed Contract Terms”;

(b) Annex 4 to SWZ — 'Description of the object of the procution';

(c) Annex 5 to SWZ — “List of buildings”.

Provision of cleaning services for the WCR Nowy Targ building in Nowy Targ

The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services in WCR Nowy Targ buildings carried out in the period from 02.01.2023. until 29.12.2023, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the SWZ.

The detailed scope and conditions for the execution of the order shall show:

(a) Annex 3 to SWZ — “Designed Contract Terms”;

(b) Annex 4 to SWZ — 'Description of the object of the procution';

(c) Annex 5 to SWZ — “List of buildings”.

The provision of cleaning services of buildings of the 11th Lesser Poland Territorial Defence Brigade/112th Light Infantry Battalion Oświęcim in Oświęcim

The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services in buildings 11. MBOT / 112. BLP Oświęcim carried out in the period from 02.01.2023. until 29.12.2023, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the SWZ.

The detailed scope and conditions for the execution of the order shall show:
