Application for the provision of services and the execution of works (Design & Build).

The assignment aims to design and build group and multi-family homes for the Grote Heide residential project in Bonheiden.

The assignment comprises 4 partial assignments:

1. Design of group and multi-family houses (incl. Social houses)

2. Research into climate-friendly energy concept, preferably based on renewable energy sources

3. Construction of group and multi-family homes (excluding social housing)

4. Buyer guidance for the sale of residential units (excluding social housing)
