Ad-hoc/unscheduled and recurrent/scheduled hackney carriage and private hire vehicle services. The Framework will mainly incorporate the requirements of children with special needs for the City Council.

The Framework is also available for use by: Newcastle University, Northumbria University and Your Homes Newcastle.

Taxis and Public Service Vehicles (PSV) Framework.

Newcastle City Council has a requirement for service contractors to undertake transport service mainly for Special Education Needs Children.

The Framework will have a maximum of 60 providers, all transport routes will be allocated by a series of Further Competition exercises.

The Framework will be for 12 months.
