The maximum number of users of the service is 20. This number will not be increased during the term of the contract.

However, variations in users and routes may occur as a result of high and low and possible changes of address. Prolonged delays and delays in collection will be avoided, as well as long journeys and transfer of users, except in cases of breakdown or justified cause. In no case may the route be longer than 45 minutes. In the case of being superior, an alternative route must be sought. The transport will include the help necessary for the transfer of the users from the place of collection to the vehicle and vice versa, and the personal support and the necessary control for the adequate attention and security during the provision of the service.
