Maintenance services, with fee and extra-fee, regarding the maintenance of civil works (e.g. walls and internal partitions, painting, stairs, steps, windows, countertops, gates, etc.), the maintenance of the green areas of relevance and maintenance of civil systems (water-sanitary systems, electrical systems, thermomechanical systems and fire-fighting systems and presydia).

Civil, plant and green maintenance services on the 38 buildings of the University of Siena, located 29 in Siena, 6 in Arezzo, 1 in Grosseto and 1 in San Giovanni Valdarno.

The service will be entrusted for 18 months. Upon expiry, the contract may be renewed for a further three years.
