The Elia Group is looking for a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) that offers personalized learning paths, AI-based upskilling (based on future professional profiles) and focuses on social learning and gamification in order to keep pace with a constantly changing environment and attract the best talent.
The Elia Group is a company composed of two transmission system operators: Elia in Belgium and 50Hertz in north-east Germany. We will pave the way for the energy transition by developing diversified, sustainable and reliable electricity systems, on land and at sea, that open up new possibilities. The expansion of energy infrastructure and the decarbonization of the energy system require the recruitment of a very large number of new employees, while coping with demographic changes.
In order to empower our workforce in complex conditions, we are looking for an LXP platform that enables personalized learning paths, AI-powered development, social learning and gamification to attract top talent. The LxP must have an intuitive interface, be easily accessible and generate engagement in order to foster a positive learning environment.
We need an LXP with strong content management, enabling seamless organization and distribution of diverse learning resources. Personalized learning experiences, adaptive pathways, and analytics are key to tailoring content to individual preferences and effectively tracking progress.
In addition, a crucial aspect is the seamless integration with our current SAP SuccessFactors (StepUp) learning management system. We are looking for a vendor that can license and support technical implementation within our SAP infrastructure.
A detailed description of our functional and technical requirements can be found in the tender documents that will be communicated after the pre-selection/selection phase.
The platform must be compatible with the following languages: English, German, Dutch and French.
Support technique:
The selected vendor will provide technical support services to ensure the proper functioning, reliability and availability of the LXP tool. This includes providing timely support to resolve technical issues, answer user questions, and ensure optimal platform performance. Technical support should be available during business hours and include provisions for emergency support if needed. In addition, the Elia Group wishes to receive technical training that will enable it to solve minor technical problems independently. In addition, we need administrator access and an SLA proposal for support.
Software License and Maintenance:
The contract will include the provision of the necessary software licenses for the LXP tool, allowing Elia and its users to access and use all functionalities without any limitation. The license must cover the entire duration of the contract, including any extensions. In addition, the vendor will be responsible for maintaining the software, ensuring regular updates, patches and upgrades to improve security, performance and functionality. The vendor should also be available/responsible for biennial updates to the SuccessFactors system to ensure continuity of LXP and SuccessFactors integrations.
