The purpose of this contract is the integral technical maintenance (technical-legal, preventive, conductive, corrective, evolutionary and adaptive) and the assistance to events in the buildings and facilities assigned to the Government Area of Culture, Tourism and Sport that are listed in this Specification and in the Technical Prescriptions, in order to guarantee its conservation and optimal performance.

Integral maintenance and assistance to events in the Palacio de Cibeles, and Properties Assigned to the Government Area of Culture, Tourism and Sports located in other Districts other than the Central District.
