Delivery by road tanker to an underground tank with a single quantity of 5 to 10 m3. All delivery costs, in particular the cost of transport, shall be borne by the Contractor. Fuel oil will be used by the Ordering Party only for heating purposes in the Bituminous Mass Plant.

Delivery of diesel oil in accordance with the current PN-EN-590 standard to the Ordering Party's headquarters in an approximate amount of 178 m3 within 12 months. Delivery by road tanker to a portable, above-ground tank. A single quantity of 5 to 7 m3. All delivery costs, in particular the cost of transport, shall be borne by the Contractor. Diesel fuel will be used by the Ordering Party only to power its own machines and vehicles.
