The North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is inviting tenders for a Framework Agreement for the provision of Meter Operator (MOP) services. The Framework Agreement will include shall include the supply or adoption of meters (to be determined by the Tenderer), registration of meters and the maintenance of meters and associated communications requirements. With regard to supply, the Framework Agreement will also include the supply of meters where the result of the maintenance service identifies a requirement to do so.

The NEPO Framework Agreement for Meter Operator Services will be divided into the following two lots. P272 is an electricity market regulatory change which is effective from April 2017 and results in a change of measurement class for Non-Half Hourly (NHH) 5-8 meters

Lot 1 — Meters on the NEPO Electricity Portfolio prior to P272

Lot 2 — Meters on the NEPO Electricity Portfolio post P272.
