This consultation concerns preventive and curative maintenance services for heating, ventilation and air conditioning in community buildings. The services are allocated to: - Lot 1: Preventive and curative HVAC maintenance of Colisée 1, 2 and 3;- Lot 2: Preventive and curative HVAC maintenance of the Valdegour nursery and the "B46" building of Nîmes airport. Each contract concerns maintenance services:- preventive, remunerated at a global and fixed price per period;- curative, remunerated at unit prices within the framework of the framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with a single economic operator with no minimum amount, with a maximum amount per period.within the framework of this consultation, the Nîmes Métropole agglomeration community acts as contracting authority.this contract is awarded in accordance with a procedure open call for tenders, pursuant to articles R2124-2-1°, R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code
Lot 1: HVAC preventive and curative maintenance of Colosseum 1, 2 and 3The services will be remunerated both by applying a fixed price to part of the services, and at the same time by applying unit prices to the quantities actually executed/delivered (mixed prices):- preventive maintenance services will be remunerated by applying a global and fixed price;- curative maintenance services are the subject of a framework agreement giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders, pursuant to Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Article R2162-4-1° of the same code, it is concluded with an economic operator, with a minimum amount and a maximum amount in value. The curative maintenance services of the framework agreement will be carried out as and when purchase orders are issued by the public buyer and will be paid according to the unit prices of the Unit Price List, according to the quantities actually executed. The maximum order amount on the framework agreement part with purchase orders is EUR 30,000 (excluding VAT). For the initial period of 12 months, and EUR 30,000 (excl. VAT). For each renewal period (i.e. EUR 120,000 (excl. VAT). Maximum, all renewals combined)
