Framework agreement for deliveries of liquid CO2 to Heggmoen Vannbehandlingsanlegg (Water Treatment Plant). Liquid CO2 is used to adjust the pH of the water and improve the quality of the water. The procurement also includes hire of tanks for storage of liquid CO2 at the water treatment plant. The supplier shall deliver liquid CO2 in accordance with the specifications in the tender documentation and ensure that the tanks are filled up when needed. The contract period is two years, with an option for the contracting authority for extending the period for up to two years.
