This procurement is a contract for the provision of services whose main purpose is the renewal of the insurance portfolio for the benefit of the city of Andenne in its capacity as contracting authority for this public procurement.

The contracting authority decides to divide the said public contract in the form of separate lots.

It is recalled that where the contracting authority chooses to award a contract in the form of separate lots, it shall have the right to award only some of them and, possibly, to decide that the other lots will be subject to one or more new contracts, if necessary under another procurement procedure.

It is possible to submit a bid for a single lot, for several or for all lots. There is no limitation on the maximum number of lots that can be awarded to a bidder.

When prizes for a lot, the bidder must award prices for all parts of that lot.

This is a condition of regularity of the offer.

The contracting authority shall allow the tenderer to improve its tender by offering discounts in the event of a meeting of several lots.

This discount will be expressed in EUR and will clearly specify for which batch grouping it is granted, the amount of the discount and how it is calculated.
