1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal solid waste
from the area of the Ryńsk Commune.
2. The scope of the order includes:
1) collection of municipal solid waste from all residential properties
and not residing in the municipality of Ryńsk along with their development;
2) establishing, equipping and operating the municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
1. General characteristics of the Ryńsk Commune in the context of waste collection and management:
1) the number of inhabitants registered in the Ryńsk Commune is about 8,549 people;
2) there are about 2,360 households in the Ryńsk Commune;
3) during the performance of the contract, an increase in the number of households of no more than 5 % is expected, any increase in the number of households should be included in the price of the tender;
4) the area of the commune – 200.8 km2;

The quantities of waste mentioned are the forecast quantity to be accepted by the Contractor in the period covered by the contract.
The Contractor undertakes to accept the actual amount of waste, varying downwards or upwards from the forecast.
2. Requirements for compliance with the law in the implementation of the subject of the contract:
1) in the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to comply with applicable law in this respect;
2) in the event of a change in the law, the Contractor shall be obliged to comply with the applicable provisions of law during the performance of the contract;
3) During the performance of the contract, the Contractor shall ensure that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced in accordance with applicable law in this respect.
3. Types of re. mob. selectively collected from property owners.
The following types of municipal waste are selectively collected from property owners:
1) paper and cardboard;
2) tw. artificial, metal and multi-material packaging;
3) glass;
(4) bio-waste, including green waste;
5) non-segregated (mixed) re. mob.
4. Requirements for equipping immovable property with municipal waste collection facilities:
(1) The contractor shall supply all the required containers to all immovable property in the municipality. The cost of supplying containers is borne by the Municipality of Ryńsk in the form of a lease. The costs of renting containers should be included in the offer price for the implementation of the subject of the contract;
(2) all containers must be delivered to the property by no later than 31 December 2023;
3. container sizes:
a) containers with a capacity of 120 l, 240 l, 1100 l may be used for the collection of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste;
b) containers with a capacity of 120 l, 240 l, 1100 l may be used for the collection of segregated municipal waste.
