The subject of the Order is the supply of limestone sorbents, i.e. limestone flour, quicklime and hydrated lime for the needs of generating units of PGE Energia Ciepła S.A., ZEW KOGENERACJA S.A., Elektrociepłownia "Zielona Góra" S.A. and PGE Toruń S.A. The Ordering Party allows partial Bids to be submitted. The subject of the order has been divided into 14 (fourteen) independent Parts.

Delivery of limestone flour for the needs of PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. Branch No. 1 in Kraków (rail and road transport) in the maximum amount of 38 220 Mg, i.e. 31 850 Mg (Basic range) and 6 370 Mg (Option), in a minimum amount of 22 295 Mg.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity specified in the Basic Scope throughout the entire period of the Agreement specified in point 8.1 of the SWZ by no more than 30% (i.e. to the minimum quantity of 22,295 Mg).

A detailed description of the object of the order is Annex No 1.1 to the SWZ.

Deliveries will be made successively, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Draft provisions of the Agreement.

The subject is the supply of hydrated lime for the needs of PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. – Branch No. 1 in Kraków (EC Kraków) in a maximum amount of 1,440 Mg, i.e. 1,200 Mg (basic range) and 240 Mg (Option), in a minimum amount of 840 Mg.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity specified in the Basic Scope throughout the entire period of the Agreement specified in point 8.1 SWZ by no more than 30% (i.e. to the minimum quantity of 840 Mg).

Deliveries will be made successively, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Draft provisions of the Agreement.

The subject is the supply of hydrated lime for the needs of Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A. – Zakład Elektrociepłownia Wrocław (EC Wrocław) in the maximum amount of 360 Mg, i.e. 300 Mg (basic range) and 60 Mg (Option), in a minimum amount of 210 Mg.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity specified in the Basic Scope throughout the entire period of the Agreement specified in point 8.1 SWZ by no more than 30% (i.e. to the minimum quantity of 210 Mg).

Deliveries will be made successively, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Draft provisions of the Agreement.

The subject is the supply of hydrated lime for the needs of Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A. Zakład Elektrociepłownia Czechnica (EC Czechnica) in the maximum amount of 96 Mg, i.e. 80 Mg (basic range) and 16 Mg (Option), in a minimum amount of 56 Mg.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity specified in the Basic Scope throughout the entire period of the Agreement specified in point 8.1 SWZ by no more than 30% (i.e. to the minimum quantity of 56 Mg).

Deliveries will be made successively, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Draft provisions of the Agreement.

The subject is the supply of hydrated lime for the needs of Elektrociepłownia Zielona Góra S.A. (EC Zielona Góra) in a maximum amount of 480 Mg, i.e. 400 Mg (basic range) and 80 Mg (option), in a minimum amount of 280 Mg.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity specified in the Basic Scope throughout the entire period of the Agreement specified in point 8.1 SWZ by no more than 30% (i.e. to the minimum quantity of 280 Mg).

The subject is the supply of hydrated lime for the needs of PGE Toruń S.A. (EC Toruń), in a maximum amount of 48 Mg, i.e. 40 Mg (basic range) and 8 Mg (Option), in a minimum amount of 28 Mg.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity specified in the Basic Scope throughout the entire period of the Agreement specified in point 8.1 SWZ by no more than 30% (i.e. to the minimum quantity of 28 Mg).

Delivery of limestone flour for the needs of PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. Wybrzeże Branch in the Gdańsk CHP Plant (EC Gdańsk) in the maximum amount of 25 920 Mg, i.e. 21 600 Mg (Basic range) and 4 320 Mg (Option), in a minimum amount of 15 120 Mg.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity specified in the Basic Scope throughout the entire period of the Agreement specified in point 8.1 SWZ by no more than 30% (i.e. to the minimum quantity to the minimum quantity of 15,120 Mg).

The subject is the supply of limestone flour for the needs of PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. Wybrzeże Branch in the Gdynia CHP Plant (Gdynia CHP) in a maximum amount of 13,920 Mg, i.e. 11,600 Mg (basic range) and 2,320 Mg (Option), in a minimum amount of 8,120 Mg.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity specified in the Basic Scope throughout the entire period of the Agreement specified in point 8.1 SWZ by no more than 30% (i.e. to the minimum quantity to the minimum quantity of 8,120 Mg).

Deliveries will be made successively, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Draft provisions of the Agreement.

The subject is the supply of limestone flour for the needs of ZEW KOGENERACJA S.A. – Zakład Elektrociepłownia Wrocław (EC Wrocław) in the maximum amount of 29 880 Mg, i.e. 24 900 Mg (basic range) and 4 980 Mg (Option), in a minimum amount of 17 430 Mg.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity specified in the Basic Scope throughout the entire period of the Agreement specified in point 8.1 of the SWZ by no more than 30% (i.e. to a minimum amount of 17 430 Mg).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1.4 to the SWZ.

Deliveries will be made successively, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Draft provisions of the Agreement.

The subject is the supply of quicklime to PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. Szczecin Branch - Pomorzany CHP Plant (Pomorzany CHP) in the maximum amount in the maximum amount of 9 240 Mg, i.e. 7 700 Mg (Basic Range) and 1 540 Mg (Option), in a minimum amount of 5 390 Mg.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity specified in the Basic Scope throughout the entire period of the Agreement specified in point 8.1 of the SWZ by no more than 30% (i.e. to a minimum amount of 5 390 Mg).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1.5 to the SWZ.

Deliveries will be made successively, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Draft provisions of the Agreement.

The subject is the supply of hydrated lime for the needs of PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. – Oddział Elektrociepłownia w Bydgoszczy (EC Bydgoszcz) in the maximum amount of 84 Mg, i.e. 70 Mg (Basic Range) and 14 Mg (Option), in a minimum amount of 49 Mg.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity specified in the Basic Scope throughout the entire period of the Agreement specified in point 8.1 SWZ by no more than 30% (i.e. to the minimum quantity of 49 Mg).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1.6 to the SWZ.

Deliveries will be made successively, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Draft provisions of the Agreement.

The subject is the supply of hydrated lime for the needs of the flue gas cleaning installation at PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. – Branch of the CHP Plant in Rzeszów (EC Rzeszów) in the maximum amount of 8 340 Mg, i.e. 6 950 Mg (Basic Range) and 1 390 Mg (Option), in a minimum amount of 4 865 Mg.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity specified in the Basic Scope throughout the entire period of the Agreement specified in point 8.1 of the SWZ by no more than 30% (i.e. to the minimum quantity of 4,865 Mg).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1.7 to the SWZ.

Deliveries will be made successively, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Draft provisions of the Agreement.

The subject is the supply of hydrated lime for the needs of PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. Wybrzeże Branch in the Gdynia CHP Plant (EC Gdynia) in a maximum amount of 48 Mg, i.e. 40 Mg (basic range) and 8 Mg (Option), in a minimum amount of 28 Mg.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity specified in the Basic Scope throughout the entire period of the Agreement specified in point 8.1 SWZ by no more than 30% (i.e. to the minimum quantity of 28 Mg).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1.8 to the SWZ.

Deliveries will be made successively, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Draft provisions of the Agreement.

The subject is the supply of hydrated lime for the needs of PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. Branch in Gorzów - Elektrociepłownia Gorzów (EC Gorzów) in the maximum amount of 660 Mg, i.e. 550 Mg (Basic Range) and 110 Mg (Option), in a minimum amount of 385 Mg.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity specified in the Basic Scope throughout the entire period of the Agreement specified in point 8.1 of the SWZ by no more than 30% (i.e. to the minimum quantity of 385 Mg).
