The subject of the contract includes the organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the city of Jastrzębie-Zdrój in order to enable property owners to dispose of biowaste and construction and demolition waste from households, as well as the provision of additional services consisting in placing waste containers on the property and transporting waste from the property to the point.

The detailed scope of the task is included in the description of the subject of the contract annexed to the SWZ.

Organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the city of Jastrzębie-Zdrój" in the scope of:

a) acceptance of bio-waste in the form of parts of plants from the maintenance of green areas, gardens, parks and cemeteries (20 02 01), including m.in grass, leaves, small branches, weeds from weeding,

b) acceptance of construction and demolition waste from households (at least waste with codes 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 01 80, 17 03 80, 17 06 04, 17 09 04),

c) transfer the waste received at the point to the waste treatment installation for further management, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management methods referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste,

d) services of substituting a KP5 / KP7 / Big Bag container on the property located in the city of Jastrzębie-Zdrój, in order to collect waste by the owner of this property, referred to in paragraph 1 point a) or in paragraph 1 point b), and transport of a container containing waste from the property to PSZOK, at each request of the Ordering Party,

e) conducting information and educational campaigns
