The tender concerns the contract for support, operation, maintenance and development of the University Colleges' IT solution for handling and distribution of internships (Praktikportalen).

The tender concerns the contract for support, operation, maintenance and development of the University Colleges' IT system Praktikportalen. These are customer-owned source code developed by third parties. The system is used by approximately 135,000 users, some of whom have access to several institutions and educations.

The tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure. The Contracting Entity reserves the right to accept the initial tender, just as the Contracting Entity reserves the right to repeat negotiation procedures to the extent that the Contracting Entity deems that there is a need for this.

After prequalification, the prequalified bidders will have access to the source code of the system. As full, electronic access to the complete material is not granted upon publication, the tender deadline is extended by five (5) days in accordance with the conditions of section 133 of the Danish Procurement Act.

No compensation shall be granted for the submission of tenders or negotiations.
