This public contract relates to the designation of an external service for prevention and protection at work (SEPP) for the needs of Vivalia.

The mission is to ensure the health surveillance of Vivalia workers. The service contract entrusts these activities to an approved external occupational prevention and protection service.

In general, the missions provided for are those covered by the Law of 4 August 1996 on the well-being at work of workers during the performance of their work and the laws and royal decrees that subsequently amended it.

The market is divided into 3 zones (see Table I), namely:

• ZONE 1: northern zone of the Province of Luxembourg,

• ZONE 2: central zone of the Province of Luxembourg,

• ZONE 3: southern zone of the Province of Luxembourg.
