Framework agreement for flushing and TV inspection of sewer pipes in Viborg and Silkeborg municipalities for Energi Viborg Vand A/S and Silkeborg Spildevand A/S. The framework agreement concerns tasks in connection with existing installations, new installations and operation.

As this is a joint tender between Energi Viborg vand A/S and Silkeborg Spildevand A/S, an overall offer must be agreed and one winner must be found. Subsequently, the winner enters into a framework agreement with Silkeborg Spildevand A/S on the provision of the services in Silkeborg Municipality and a framework agreement with Energi Viborg vand A/S on the provision of the services in Viborg Municipality. The framework agreement gives the contracting entity the right, but not the obligation, to order from the contractor the services covered by the framework agreement under the conditions during the term of the framework agreement.

It is therefore a non-exclusive framework agreement.
