1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the Żarów Municipality, collection and management of 6 fractions collected separately and the substitution of containers and containers as well as the transport and management of waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point."

The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the city and municipality of Żarów and the lease of containers and containers as well as the transport and management of waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point.The Ordering Party specifies that:

• the number of inhabitants of the Żarów Commune is: approx. 10,595 people (data as at 31 August 2022 from the Wydra IT system),

• the number of addresses of inhabited real estate, i.e. multi-apartment buildings in which there is at least one inhabited premises is 248 pcs. and single-family buildings in the Municipality of Żarów is: 1198 pcs. (data as of 31 August 2022).

The number of inhabitants and addresses of real estate on which residents live was determined by the Ordering Party on the basis of declarations submitted by residents. During the implementation of the service, it is possible to change the addresses and the number of properties served, as well as the number of inhabitants. Changes can affect both the reduction and increase in the number of property addresses and the number of residents. These changes will not affect the change in the Contractor's unit prices. All additional properties reported by the Ordering Party are obliged to be immediately included in the service by the Contractor. The service of collecting and managing municipal waste from residential properties located in the Municipality of Żarów includes the following types of municipal waste:

(a) plastic packaging (15 01 02),

(b) plastics (20 01 39),

(c) glass packaging (15 01 07),

(d) glass (20 01 02),

(e) packaging of paper and paperboard (15 01 01),

(f) paper and paperboard (20 01 01),

(g) clothing (20 01 10),

(h) textiles (20 01 11),

(i) packaging of metals (15 01 04),

(j) metals (20 01 40),

(k) wood packaging (15 01 03),

(l) multi-material packaging (15 01 05),

m) waste batteries and accumulators (20 01 33*, 20 01 34),

n) waste electrical and electronic equipment (20 01 35*, 20 01 36),

(o) equipment containing freons (20 01 23*),

(p) bulky furniture and waste (20 03 07),

(q) expired medicines and chemicals (20 01 31*, 20 01 32, 20 01 27, 20 01 28),

(r) used tyres (16 01 03),

(s) construction and demolition waste (17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 01 80),

(t) biodegradable waste (20 01 08, 20 02 01),

(u) unsegregated mixed municipal waste (20 03 01)

The subject of the order will be executed through:

1. Collection of municipal waste mixed from residential properties and their management. 2. Organization of separate collection of waste: paper and cardboard, metal, plastic, waste of multi-material glass packaging, and biodegradable waste along with their collection and management3. Collection of bulky waste, waste electronics and household appliances and tires along with their management.4. Collection of waste with codes 20 01 31*, 20 01 32 from pharmacies or other designated places.5. Ensuring and maintaining in good condition containers for the collection of mixed waste.6. Development of a schedule for the collection of municipal waste.7. Removal of wild waste dumps from the areas of plots owned by the Ordering Party8. Substitution of appropriate containers and containers to the point of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) and transport and management of collected waste.9. Keeping documentation related to the activities covered by the subject of the contract.10. Conducting educational classes in the field of proper municipal waste management in all primary schools and kindergartens in the Żarów Commune.
