Roannais Agglomeration wishes to work on the development of geothermal energy on its territory and in particular deep geothermal energy on faulted base, with the aim of producing heat and / or electricity. The purpose of this intellectual services contract is therefore to entrust project management assistance (Amo) with the development mission of the deep geothermal energy project, including its management, advice and strategic support for the community. As part of this project, Roannais Agglomeration will play the role of investor and will lead the consultation with the elected officials and citizens of its territory, throughout the development phase. The expected services are indicated in the Special Technical Clauses and will be broken down into 4 phases.
