1. The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Bolesławiec (Łódź Voivodeship), including in particular:
(a) the collection of waste generated in the Community of Bolesławiec from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside (single-family development) and their transport to the site of the development and their development,
(b) the collection, transport to the site of development and development of waste accumulated at the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (called PSZOK), located in the village of Chotynin
(c) Supply in accordance with the Rules of Maintenance of Order and Purity in the Municipality of Bolesławiec (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulations”) of property owners residing in containers for the collection of waste,
(d) Equipment PSZOK with containers and containers under the terms set out in the Detailed Description of the Order Subject (hereinafter: OPZ), as set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ,
e) Reception and development of expired medicines.

(c) Supply in accordance with the Rules of Maintenance of Order and Purity in the Municipality of Bolesławiec (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulations”) of property owners residing in containers for the collection of waste,
(d) Equipment PSZOK with containers and containers under the terms set out in the Detailed Description of the Order Subject (hereinafter: OPZ), as set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ,
e) Reception and development of expired medicines.
The estimated amount of waste that will be collected and zoning during the contract is 2500 Mg. The Contracting Authority determines the minimum amount of waste that will be collected and zoning during the contract is 1800 Mg.
