The tender shall be carried out with a view to concluding 11 framework agreements relating to urology products and related services and includes the supply of urology products deemed as aids granted under Section 112 of the Service Act and, to a lesser extent, the purchase of urology products to the municipalities nurses, nursing depots, care centers and the like for treatment under the Health Act.

Purchase on the agreement from citizens will always be made on the basis of an appropriation issued by the individual municipality. In addition, purchases will be made to the municipal institutions and depots to a lesser extent.

The following 11 municipalities (hereinafter referred to as Incorporation) have joined forces to provide framework agreements for the supply of urology products and related services:

- Allerred

- Ballerup

- Bornholm

- Oegedal

- Frederikssund

- Furesø

- Neckline

- Elsinore

- Herlev

- Hillerød

- Hørsholm

The municipalities are collectively acting as contracting entities in this tender, but individual homonym framework agreements will subsequently be concluded between the winning bidder and each municipality.

It is only possible for the bidder to offer urology products and related services to all participating municipalities.
