The Council is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide CCTV inspection services to survey and report on the condition of highway drainage systems, culverts and smaller diameter drainage systems associated with properties such as schools. Man entry surveys maybe required sporadically during the framework. As part of the service, we also require clearance of the surveyed systems and disposal where required. Minor remedial works may also be required on an ad-hoc basis.

This is an above EU threshold services procurement for a multi-supplier framework undertaken using an open procedure. It is expected that 1 contract per lot will be awarded. This could be 1 supplier across both lots.

This is the 2nd lot of a 2 lot framework which is above the EU procurement threshold, and as such is being procured via the open procedure. This shall be a sole supplier lot which may or may not have the same supplier as lot 1.
