1) Development and maintenance care on areas on the ground floor to the 7th floor with the aim that the planting areas always have a well-tended garden and the paving areas always make a clean impression, consisting of outdoor and indoor areas, here with special subtropical and tropical plants, incl Weed and foliage removal, checking and adjusting irrigation systems, manual watering as needed and fertilizers;

2) Real estate areas:

13 farms with various trees, bushes and hedges, some in troughs, including inspection and cleaning of the drainage facilities; 1 623 m 2 intensive green roof, distributed over 9 green roofs; extensive roof greening at 4,714 m 2 ; 3 roof terraces with various shrubs, grasses and trees in tubs; approx. 12,000 m 2 Paved and about 490 m 3 Gravel areas of courtyards, green roofs and parking lots; 25 indoor potted plants; Kindergarten garden with trees and free-growing hedge made from various shrubs;

3) detection of pest infestation, diseases, frost or heat damage + their elimination;

4) arranging soil samples with maintenance recommendations;

5) optional renewal of predominantly subtropical + tropical green spaces;

6) Work with PSAgA in the form of a full body harness in conjunction with the HSG, on the intensely green roofs with rope safety systems, on request presentation of the annual TÜV inspection.

Purpose of the requested service: Development and maintenance maintenance as well as new and replacement plantings Execution of the services with a minimum interval of 1 week, with a predominantly at least 2 to 3-member team of experienced specialists for interior greening + focus on ornamental plant cultivation and outdoor areas, including pruning.
