Norddal Kommune {Municipality] hereby invites tenderers to a contest for the turnkey contract project Olavsgate 8, Valldal.

Olavsgate 8 in Valldal must be rehabilitated and altered. The building has 4 storeys. A basement, the first floor consisting of businesses, second and third floors consist of flats.

The project comprises comprehensive renovation of floors 2 and 3 in the building. On the first floor, only the staircase will be upgraded. In the basement, upgrading of the building's eastern section will be implemented. The facade will also be upgraded.

The project´s start date is 1.4.2019 and will be completed by 1.2.2020.
