Description:
Supply of polymeric flocculants

The supply of two polymer flocculants as well as the related service services are advertised by means of a framework contract.

The supply of two polymer flocculants (1.) and related service services (2.) are advertised by means of a framework contract.

1. polymer flocculants

The order to be placed includes delivery on individual call of

- polymer flocculant (p FM) for mechanical digested sludge dewatering using chamber filter presses

Minimum order quantity: 60 tons per year

Expected maximum quantity: 95 tons per year

Such as

- polymer flocculant (p FM) for excess sludge thickening by means of sieve belt

Minimum order quantity: 8 tons per year

Expected maximum quantity: 15 tons per year

The specified scope of supply was determined based on the products currently in use and the current process technology. Changes or operational optimization measures can result in both a change in the product type and the used quantities over the course of the contract period. The polymer flocculants to be supplied are reimbursed according to actual consumption.

2. Service service

In addition to the mere delivery performance of the products, the service service with application technology advice is a central part of the contract.

For this reason, the contractor has to carry out mandatory service trips three times a year.

The aim is to record the current state of polymer applications as part of this service search, document changes and, if necessary, define optimization measures together with the company.

As part of this service search, the AN has to perform the following tasks together with the company:

- inspection of the plants (excess sludge thickening, digested sludge dewatering, etc.) and condition assessment of the plants

- Information about changes in operation or planned changes in sewage treatment plant operation

- visit of polymer treatment plants for excess sludge thickening, digested sludge dewatering, etc., condition assessment and determination of the current polymer accumulation concentration

- recording and discussion of the current consumption values of polymer flocculants for all applications

- recording and discussion of the drainage and thickening results

- Discussion of operating values with the company

- Documentation of operating values in the log template

- development, coordination and documentation of measures for continuous

Log template optimization
