Planning study market.

Market composed of two lots:

- lot 1: carrying out of a pre-operational study for the development and upgrading of the “Enlarged heart of the city” in the municipality of Raismes;

- lot 2: “Landscape plan” study.

Estimated duration of studies:

- lot 1: enlarged city center: provisional deadline six months;

- lot 2: landscape plan: estimated timeframe five months.

The objective of the study is to establish a master plan for urban development of the enlarged city center.

The service provider must offer:

- a plan for the renovation of public spaces;

- "Zoom maps" of certain sectors;

- requalification of public buildings.

The whole will be recorded in a general planning specifications.

The objective of the study is to identify the elements necessary for an identification, appropriation and enhancement of the specific features of the landscape.

The service provider must carry out:

- identification of the “Landscape framework” on the basis of a landscape diagnosis of the municipal territory;

- a provisional pre-operational action program at the municipal level.
