Open procedure, pursuant to Article 123, paragraph 1 and Article 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the award of the contract relating to the final and executive design, supplies and works necessary for the construction of the Sassari light rail, line 1 – 2nd lot Santa Maria di Pisa / Sant'Orsola, of the CRM with adaptation and implementation of the section in operation

The total amount of the contract, as per the economic framework, including security costs and charges for the final and executive design and excluding tax charges, amounts to € 50,597,100.00 of which:

Amount for the execution of the work, subject to reduction € 48,251,500.00

Amount for the final design, subject to reduction € 799.900,00

Amount for the executive design, subject to reduction € 386,900.00

Security costs (not subject to reduction) € 1.158.800,00

Therefore, the amount of the contract subject to reduction is equal to € 49,438,300.00, while the amount not subject to reduction is equal to € 1,158,800.00.

For the purposes of the qualification of Economic Operators, in compliance with Annex A to art. 61 of Presidential Decree No. 207/2010, the works are classified as follows:
