Project management contract for the construction of 39 collective, intermediate and individual dwellings

It includes, in addition to obtaining the necessary administrative authorizations (permit to demolish, permit to

Build, ... ):

- sketch studies,

- pre-project studies,

- project studies,

- partial implementation studies for the following technical batches: plumbing, heating, DHW, ventilation,

high and low currents, TV, Tel, renewable energies (distribution schemes, installation of

equipment, network sizing, ... ),

- a “Structure” pre-study to quantify concrete and steels for the structural work lot,

- a quantitative TCE,

- assistance in awarding works contracts,

- the management and accounting of the works,

- assistance with reception operations,

The mission also includes the preparation of all the documents and calculation notes necessary to obtain administrative authorizations and labels as well as to verify compliance with regulatory provisions (thermal, acoustic, etc.). Likewise, it includes the feasibility study of energy supply solutions in accordance with the decree of 19 March 2007, any document allowing to justify sustainable development objectives as defined in the project owner's investment program, the establishment of the declaration of works on the site of the single window (DT — DICT), its analysis and consideration in the project,...

- scheduling, coordination and management will be costed “as an option” and may be assigned later by the contracting authority.
