DELIVERY OF RED MEAT, ANIMAL FATS AND COLD CUTS MADE OF RED MEAT FOR 31 WOG ZGIERZ

The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of red meat, animal fats and red meat sausages for 31 WOG Zgierz.

A detailed description of the object of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The type of quantities of the assortment ordered to individual recipients is determined by the Price Form — Annex 2 to SWZ.

The subject of the contract will be manufactured and delivered in accordance with the requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.
