The Reha Südwest intends the new building "Sozialpädagogische Wohngemeinschaften Karlsruhe and Branch Ludwig Guttmann School" in the Kußmaulstraße 25, 76187 Karlsruhe. In the new building, the district of Karlsruhe plans to operate the field office of the Ludwig Guttmann School. In this respect, a partial ownership with special rights of use of the EC, a music room on the 1st floor and a basement room in the basement by the district of Karlsruhe is intended. On the 1st and 2nd floor, the Reha Südwest will have shared apartments with 26 beds. On the 3rd floor of the Reha Südwest 6 rental apartments are planned. An innovative roof garden will be created on the flat roof above the ground floor. The building is partly basement. A share of the 26 dormitories is subsidized by the KVJS and another part of 26 dormitories by the state of Baden-Württemberg. The services will be awarded in bulk according to the construction progress. In the present case, the SPZ_08-A (steel / metalworking) is tendered.
