All-year summer and winter maintenance of order and cleanliness in the road lanes of communal roads, i.e. on roads, pavements, squares, lawns, street areas along with arranging and maintaining low greenery, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness in undeveloped areas administered by the Żoliborz District of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw, from 21/12/2019 to 20/12/2022.

1) Systematic sweeping of areas every Monday and Thursday 209 times during the contract period, from April to November each year;

2) Systematic raking of areas with an area of 93.17 ares (with waste disposal), once a week from April to November each year;

3) Mowing areas with an estimated area of 93.17 ares in the months from June to September;

4) Mowing weeds with an estimated area of 1,355.99 ares in July each year, 3 times during the contract period;

5) Liquidation of illegal dumps;

6) Installation of kp-7 containers for bulky waste, green waste, event waste;

7) Installation of 3 wc cabins and services in 3 wc cabins from May 1 to October 30, in each subsequent year of the contract;

8) Mechanical cleaning of the road, 30.568 km long, i.e. 8 times a year;

9) Emptying 100 street bins 7 days a week (once a day);

10) Snow removal (plowing) of roads of municipal streets with a length of 30,568 km;

11) Sprinkling the road with chemicals;

12) Snow removal from sidewalks intended for systematic winter maintenance;

13) Sanding of pavements intended for regular winter maintenance with an area of 310.08 ares;

14) Snow removal from 47 parking spaces with an estimated total area of 2.35 a;

15) Snow removal from communal areas with an estimated amount of 600 m 3 during the contract period;

16) Cleaning the grates of sewage wells from ice and snow;

17) Spring sweeping of pavements covered by winter snow removal with a total area of 310.08 ares;

18) Grading the surface of sidewalks and squares covered by permanent cleaning mentioned in point A with an assumed grating area of 60 ares;

19) Pumping water from stagnation due to spring thaws and sudden rainfall;

20) Pouring (washing) water with a 30.568 km long road 3 times a year, 9 times during the contract period;

21) Removing dead animals from the communal areas of the district;

22) Liquidation of the effects of road accidents from sidewalk squares and roadways of municipal streets;

23) Current cleanliness: ordering 10.76 ha of lawns in road lanes of municipal streets;

24) Mowing lawns 4 times a year (from June 1 to September 30);

25) Lawn renovation;

26) Lawn fertilization;

27) Spring and autumn raking of lawns with a total area of 10 ha;

28) Raking leaves and dirt from clusters with a total area of 0.76 ha;

29) Weeding shrubs with a total area of 0.76 ha;

30) Fertilizing shrubs with a total area of 0.76 ha;

31) Corrective and care cutting of shrubs 4 times a year;

32) Cluster care (pruning and rejuvenation);

33) Watering up to 100 trees indicated by the Employer;

34) Delivering and spreading the bark under bushes;

35) Making fences with a single bar;

36) Fencing with a double bar
