1. The subject of this order is the delivery of new licenses with support and the extension of support for existing VMWARE licenses.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

As part of the performance of the contract in question, the Contractor undertakes in particular to:

1) deliver new Software licenses in accordance with the list contained in Appendix No. 1 to the PPU within 14 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract;

2) providing technical support services for the Software listed in Appendix No. 1 to the PPU within 14 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract;

3) accepting and confirming applications regarding the Ordering Party's support service in accordance with the rules described in Appendix No. 1 to the PPU;

4) registration and making available to the Ordering Party the Manufacturer's website along with the possibility of using any updates to the Software, access to new versions of the Software and any amendments to the Software until 29.06.2027, in accordance with the list indicated in Tables No. 1 and 2 of Annex 1 to the PPU within 14 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract;

5) provide the Ordering Party with a document confirming the registration for the Ordering Party of technical support of the Software at the Manufacturer within 5 days from the date of registration and, if justified, mediating in the Ordering Party's contacts with the Manufacturer, if necessary, mediating in the Ordering Party's contacts with the Manufacturer;

6) during the term of the contract, providing the Ordering Party with access to the Manufacturer's electronic knowledge base at the address of the https://customerconnect.vmware.com containing technical articles and tools as well as tips related to solving problems for the software offered by the Manufacturer.
