The subject of the contract is the service of granting and servicing a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 22,000,000.00 (in words: twenty-two million zlotys 00/100) for the purpose of repayment of previously incurred liabilities, pursuant to Article 89 paragraph 1 point 3 of the Act of 27 August 2009 on public finance (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1270, as amended). The loan will be released in two tranches: tranche I in the amount of PLN 11,000,000.00 – within 14 days from the conclusion of the agreement, second tranche in the amount of PLN 11,000,000.00 – by November 15, 2023.

1. Interest will be repaid on a monthly basis, starting from the starting point to the date of repayment of the loan, by the 25th day of each month,

2. The capital shall be repaid in 60 monthly instalments, by the 25th day of each month, in the amount of:

- PLN 185,000.00 in January 2024,

- PLN 165,000.00 in the months: February 2024 - December 2024,

- PLN 330,000.00 in the months: January 2025 – November 2025,

- PLN 370,000.00 in December 2025,

- PLN 415,000.00 in the months: January 2026 – November 2026,

- PLN 435,000.00 in December 2026,

- PLN 458,000.00 in the months: January 2027 – November 2027,

- PLN 462,000.00 in December 2027,

- PLN 458,000.00 in the months: January 2028 – November 2028,

- PLN 462,000.00 in the month of December 2028

The beginning of repayment takes place on 25.01.2024, the end of repayment on 25.12.2028.

3 The cost of granting and servicing the loan and any other banking activities related to the subject of the contract is interest, calculated taking into account the variable interest rate on the loan, i.e. the sum of the variable interest rate WIBOR 1M and the contractor/bank's margin percentage rate unchanged throughout the loan period.

4 The Contracting Authority does not provide for any commissions, fees, etc., payable to the Contractor related to the performance of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to repay the loan early in whole or in part without incurring additional costs, i.e. commissions, fees, interest, etc.
