Task I:
The subject of the order in task I is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners where residents live and from property owners where residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated in the Kruszwica commune, covering the city of Kruszwica and 30 village councils.
Task II:
The subject of the order in task II is the collection and management of municipal waste collected in a selective manner at the Point of Selective Municipal Waste Collection, located on the premises of Spółka Wodna Sp. z o. o., Szarlej 18, and equipping the outlet and other places specified by the Employer with the appropriate number and types of containers for municipal waste collection.
Task III:
The subject of the order in task III is the collection and management of municipal waste from uninhabited real estate belonging to the Kruszwica commune.
I. Task I:
1. The subject of the order in task I is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners where residents live in the Kruszwica commune, covering the city of Kruszwica and 30 village councils.
2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the collection and management of mixed unsorted, municipal waste with the code 20 03 01, collected in containers at the residential buildings and real estate on which the summer houses are located, and the collection and management of the municipal waste listed below, collected in a selective manner:
1) paper - code 20 01 01, 15 01 01;
2) glass - code 20 01 02, 15 01 07;
3) metals and plastics - code 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 15 01 04, 20 01 40;
4) biodegradable waste and bio-waste - code 20 02 01, 20 01 08.
3. The estimated amount of municipal waste collected during the contract period in the city and commune of Kruszwica will total about 10,450 Mg, of which:
- mixed municipal waste - approx. 7 640 Mg,
selectively collected:
- paper - approx. 230 Mg,
- glass - approx. 560 Mg,
- metals and plastics - approx. 600 Mg,
- biodegradable waste and bio-waste - about 1 420 Mg.
The final amount of waste will be known as a result of the task. The amount of municipal waste may depend on the season of the year.
4. Settlement for waste will be based on the actual collected and managed waste in a given month of the task.
5. The Contractor is obliged to provide a sufficient number of specialized technical measures to guarantee timely and quality performance of the material scope of the service.
6. The collection of waste covers real estate on which residents live and real estate on which summer houses are located in the commune of Kruszwica.
7. Detailed information on the scope and method of the contract is described in the "Detailed description of the subject of the contract for tasks I, II and III", constituting Annex 3 to the ToR.
II. Task II:
The subject of the order in task II is the collection and management of municipal waste collected in a selective manner at the Point of Selective Municipal Waste Collection located on the premises of Spółka Wodna Sp. z o. o., Szarlej 18, and equipping the point and other places specified by the Employer with the appropriate number and types of containers for municipal waste collection:
1) paper - code 20 01 01, 15 01 01;
2) metals and plastics, multi-material packaging - code 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 15 01 04, 20 01 40;
3) glass - code 20 01 02, 15 01 07;
4) biodegradable waste and bio-waste, including biodegradable packaging waste - 20 01 08, 20 02 01;
5) expired medicines - 20 01 32;
6) chemicals - 20 01 28, 20 01 30;
7) waste batteries and accumulators - 20 01 34;
8) waste electrical and electronic equipment - 20 01 36;
9) furniture and other bulky waste - 20 03 07;
10) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste, including waste paper - 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 03 80;
11) worn tires - 16 01 03;
12) textiles and clothing - ex 20 01 10, 20 01 11;
13) ashes - ex 20 03 99.
2. The contractor is obliged to equip PSZOK with the appropriate quantity and types of containers for collecting municipal waste. The number and types of containers are specified in the "List of containers in PSZOK" constituting Annex 2 to the contract template.
III. Task III:
The subject of the order in task III is the collection and management of municipal waste from uninhabited real estate belonging to the Kruszwica commune. The location and types of containers and real estate are specified in Annex 4 to the model contract.
2. The Contractor undertakes to collect municipal waste on the telephone notification of the Employer.
