KMD is responsible for distributing information on political regional and district efforts to various target groups. The Ministry would like to enter into a contract for editorial production, further development, and operation of a Norwegian internet portal on Interreg, www.interreg.no.

As a starting point, the contract has an upper financial limit of NOK 450 000 a year, with the exception of 2021 when the limit is set to NOK 300 000. The contract will be valid from 1 August 2021 until 31 December 2025, i.e., 5 months and 4 years. The contract value is, thus, estimated to be NOK 2 100 000, excluding VAT in total.

The contract has an option for a further four - 4 - years (2 years + 2 years), and can have a total of 8 years and 5 months. The estimated total value including options is NOK 3 900 000, excluding VAT.

The portal must

• highlight results of Norwegian project participation in various Interreg programmes;

• contribute to learning and function as an inspiration source for interested parties and project participants, and regional and national policy developers;

• contribute with distributing news, telling stories, and practical information on notices, application deadlines, conferences, and seminars, etc., in the programmes' scope;

• give a complete overview of Norwegian participation in various projects through the project bank;

• distribute links to relevant information sources in Norway and the EU.

The contracting authority would like continuity in the work and the tenderer must preferably ensure follow-up of Interreg through the entire EU programme and budget period 2021-2027, as well as the follow-up of projects that are completed in a new Interreg period.
